Mimei Thompson

Mimei Thompson is an artist living in London. She studied at Glasgow School of Art, Central Saint Martins, and the Royal College of Art. She was included in Jerwood Contemporary Painters, and has works in the Arts Council Collection. Recent solo shows have been at Trade, Nottingham and Art First Projects, London. She was born in Japan, to a Chilean mother and American father, and grew up in Sudan before moving to the UK.
